Matt has been the managing director for Madrona Venture Group for over two decades. He invests in a broad range of software-driven companies focusing on companies in the cloud, machine learning and intelligent apps spaces. Prior to Madrona, Matt was VP of business process for the Genuine Parts Company and an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, concentrating on strategy and marketing in technology-driven sectors. Matt received his bachelor’s in economics from Dartmouth College and his MBA and master’s in public policy from Harvard.
