Rachel Ballard is a Senior Consultant within Forrester's Total Economic Impact (TEI) consulting practice. Rachel’s experience includes working as a financial consultant for international development and donor organizations in Latin America and as a business value consultant for technology organizations in the US private sector. Rachel holds a BA from Trinity College, CT, a JD from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
