Mary focuses on the intersection of business strategy, company culture, and employees. She’s passionate about unlocking potential in both individuals and teams. Before Amperity, Mary designed and scaled some of Amazon's first global executive and leadership development programs. Prior to that, she worked in the non-profit sector. Mary graduated from Western Washington University with her bachelors in humanities and social sciences and is also a certified Executive Leadership Coach via Georgetown University.
