Rob serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Amperity, where he leads the company's global go-to-market organization focussed on helping organizations achieve success by maximizing the value of their customer data to drive high ROI business outcomes.

A seasoned enterprise software executive with over two decades of experience, Rob brings extensive expertise in scaling high-growth technology companies. Before joining Amperity, Rob was Chief Revenue Officer at Virtualitics, a leader in AI decision intelligence, and held the same position at Automation Anywhere, where he led their global go-to-market team for AI-powered process automation.

Prior to that, Rob spent 11 years at Salesforce in various executive leadership roles, ultimately as Executive Vice President where he led national and global teams responsible for serving many of Salesforce’s largest customers. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Rob is actively involved in giving back to his community through a number of non-profits including Special Olympics Northern California where he previously served on the board. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two children, and enjoys golf and skiing in his free time.
