Amperity is thrilled to be recognized in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Analytics Technologies, Q2 2022 which evaluates and recognizes the 12 most significant providers in the space. We believe it’s a credit to our suite of analytics enablement features that this aspect of our broader platform was chosen to participate in this evaluation.

Customer analytics with Amperity

Amperity received the highest score possible in the customer profiles and user personas criteria. A score of 5 is defined by Forrester as being “superior relative to others in this evaluation.” This recognition reflects, in our opinion, Amperity’s unique ability to create an accurate 360-degree view of the customer, which in turn provides the necessary insights to power a wide range of down-stream analytics.
