This year, as I reflect on our recently updated core values, I see a powerful alignment between the principles that define our culture and the specific contributions of the phenomenal women helping us build Amperity. These values don't just guide our work - they're brought to life every day through the leadership, innovation, and dedication of women across our organization.
Trust: The Foundation of Success Trust isn't just a word at Amperity—it's the foundation of our culture, shaping the way we support one another and work toward shared success. Our CFO, Amy Pelly, exemplifies trust through the authenticity, integrity, and respect she demonstrates every day. She leads by example, fostering an environment where people feel valued and empowered to contribute their best. Her ability to forge strong relationships—with fellow Ampers, customers, and investors—ensures we continue growing together with a foundation of mutual trust and respect.
Building on this foundation, Riley Hughes plays a pivotal role in establishing trust from day one. As one of the first people new hires interact with, she creates an environment where people feel welcomed, valued, and ready to thrive as an Amper. Through her thoughtful onboarding processes and genuine care for new team members, she builds trust in the process, in the team, and in the future each employee has here.
Customer Success: Winning Through Service and Partnership We are relentless in our pursuit of customer success, and Sara Skov and Megan Lunde exemplify this commitment. Sara leads our Customer Advisory Board, deeply understanding client needs and advocating for them internally. Her ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights has shaped our product roadmap and service delivery. Megan brings unwavering dedication, looking at the hardest data challenges through the lens of our customer, ensuring solutions drive their success.
Innovation: Breaking Barriers and Building the Future Innovation is in our DNA and Martha Aboagye drives innovation through customer obsession, data-driven curiosity, and hands-on experimentation. Her proactive problem-solving and insightful documentation clarify challenges and inform strategy. With resilience and a commitment to continuous improvement, she uncovers new opportunities that deliver lasting business impact.
Grit: Perseverance and the Will to Win Winning takes grit—determination, resilience, and hard work. Andrea Mocherman exemplifies these qualities through her leadership in internal and external communication. She navigates complex messaging, adapts to dynamic business needs, and ensures Amperity’s voice stays strong, consistent, and aligned to our values. More than delivering information, she fosters relationships, drives alignment, and amplifies Amperity’s mission.
Ownership and Accountability: Taking Action and Driving Results Ownership and accountability drive excellence at Amperity, and both Jenny Cook and Yi Li-Yuen exemplify these values through their leadership and proactive problem-solving. Jenny championed the operator experience by aligning teams around self-service enhancements, fostering a culture where ownership is shared across engineering, support, and client services. Similarly, Yi has taken a hands-on approach to defining the work of her team, providing clarity in expectations and gaining valuable insights in order to drive meaningful improvements. Their collective dedication ensures seamless operations, empowers teams, and delivers high-quality outcomes for both employees and customers.
