About this course

This course begins with an introduction to the Stitch Benchmarking dashboard. Jean, a product manager, talks about the dashboard and the information available on each Stitch Benchmarking card. She then digs into two different Benchmarks that the system has identified as having issues. She shows how she investigates those issues and how to find resolutions.
