Amperity MCP is now available through the Claude directory and ChatGPT marketplace, making it easier for customers to connect Amperity with the AI tools their teams already use.
Once connected, authorized users can ask questions about customer data and use supported Amperity tools from within Claude or ChatGPT. The experience is grounded in trusted customer context and governed by the Amperity permissions already in place.
What is Amperity MCP?
Model Context Protocol, or MCP, is an open standard that gives AI assistants a consistent way to discover and use tools from other systems. Instead of relying only on the information included in a prompt, an MCP-compatible assistant can request relevant information or perform supported tasks through those tools.
The Amperity MCP server connects compatible AI assistants with an Amperity tenant. It translates a user’s natural-language request into calls to supported Amperity tools, then routes those requests according to the user’s identity, tenant access, and permissions.
For teams, that can mean moving from a customer question to evidence and supported work without translating every request into a separate technical process. Amperity MCP does not create another copy of customer data, replace the Amperity interface, or replace the APIs used for programmatic integrations.

The new listings make Amperity MCP easier to discover and connect. Customers can add Amperity from the Claude directory or ChatGPT marketplace, authenticate with their Amperity account, and begin working with the tools available to them.
These are not new data-transfer destinations or separate versions of Amperity. Both listings connect to the same Amperity-hosted MCP server, which provides a consistent, governed path between supported AI assistants and Amperity.
