Amperity named a Customers' Choice in the 2026 Gartner® Voice of the Customer for CDPs

The teams who trust our platform to power customer outcomes every day gave it the highest recommendation score of any vendor in the report.

Key Takeaways

  • Amperity has an 88% Willingness to Recommend rating, the highest of any vendor in the report.

  • For Product Capabilities and Support Experience, Amperity scored 4.5/5.

  • Amperity's 64 reviews were the largest review base of any vendor named.

  • A Customers' Choice distinction is based on verified peer reviews, not analyst scoring.

Before anything else: thank you. This recognition came from the people who use Amperity every day: the teams turning fragmented customer data into trusted customer context, who took the time to share honest feedback. In the 2026 Gartner Voice of the Customer for Customer Data Platforms (CDPs),1 88% of reviewers said they'd recommend Amperity, the highest Willingness to Recommend of any vendor named, alongside a 4.5/5 overall rating across 64 reviews as of April 30, 2026. We're grateful for the chance to help these teams put their own customers first. That partnership is what these numbers represent.

What our customers told Gartner

Customers rated us 4.5/5 in Product Capabilities, tied with three other vendors. Customers also rated us second highest for Support Experience, again tied with another vendor.

As we see it, Support Experience is usually where trust is won or lost long after the contract is signed, so this score says the relationships we build with our customers hold up once the real work starts.

97% of reviewers rated Amperity four or five stars. In our view, ratings of that consistency point to an experience customers can count on.

"Amperity overall has been outstanding! I have worked with them twice now at two different organizations. Their service is always great and everyone has been a joy to work with!" — Principal Data Analyst, Retail (Gartner Peer Insights™)

What a Customers' Choice actually means

Gartner "recognizes vendors who meet or exceed both the market average Overall Experience and the market average User Interest and Adoption score through a Customers’ Choice distinction."2 We take that as a different kind of trust signal. It's harder to influence, and it's closer to the truth, of what using the platform is like.

We perceive the sample size as also part of the credibility. Amperity's 64 reviews were the largest of any vendor in the report.

Trust that shows up in the numbers

Trusted customer context is what makes everything downstream work, from activation to grounded decisioning to the AI applications enterprises are building right now. Trust is easy to assert but hard to prove. A report built from verified customer reviews is about as close to proof as this category gets. Customers trust us with their data and their outcomes, and here that trust is visible in the ratings rather than in a tagline.

"It also reduces our risk and increases our commercial value by not exporting all our data to a third party where it sits in a black box." — Senior Digital Analytics Manager, Retail (Gartner Peer Insights™)

52% of reviewers came from retail, an industry where a single fragmented customer record shows up as a missed loyalty moment or a wasted send. Close to half of the reviews came from teams in other industries wrestling with the same problem.

Thank you

The best way to understand what customers said is to read the reviews on Gartner Peer Insights™, in the customers' own words, covering what worked and what they'd want more of.

To every customer who shared their experience: thank you for the review and for the partnership behind it. We believe the rating is generous. The relationship we don't take for granted.
